PS2 - Events and activities from 2021

 

Impact at the level of proposed and achieved objectives:

promoting sport for amateurs among at least 1000 people annually - over 150% objective achieved only through physical promotions, and tens of thousands of information through online ones
- more than 1569 physical informations, of which more than 700 people were present only through the football tournament, informed verbally and through flyers but also through mini-events - at least 869 other informations
- online information: all the information made, viewed and appreciated through the 9 Facebook and Instagram pages - the events published on the pages for each mini-event, totaling over 11300 appreciations/followings and over 15970 followers;
the postings and distributions directly from the volunteers' pages, as well as the views of the cautasport.ro, maratonarad.ro, emultisport.ro websites and of the live broadcasts, of the posts in the press and on the partners' pages
supporting the participation of at least 500 people in sports events, annually - over 220% objective achieved, exceeded by 629
- 1129 participations in the 52 events, divided as follows: 260 participations through the 24 matches of the Football Tournament, 574 participations through the 30 mini-sports events and 295 participations through the group runs
offering support for the organization of at least 2 sports events dedicated to amateurs, every year - objective achieved over 100%, taking into account our own events - the 30 mini-events in different sports, the biggest event - the football tournament;
offering foreign and local volunteers an annual learning environment for the acquisition of basic skills in the organization of sports activities dedicated to amateurs - each volunteer acquired new diversified skills through the 54 events in which they took part directly; they detailed every competency in Youthpass, additionally even the sports one;
updated database with at least 30 opportunities to practice sports in Arad - objective achieved over 100%, opportunities to practice sports both in Arad, physically and online, adaptation due to the pandemic - the cautasport.ro platform includes over 36 different sports in various locations, both online in certain periods and physically, both with a fee and with free entries, both individual and team sports activities, and over 20 organizing partners of these activities.
In addition to this impact at the level of objectives achieved through the A1-A25 activities or according to the A1-A30 certification, we also have the impact achieved at the local, regional, national and international level:
impact at the local community level - Encouraging the practice of sports by children, young people through sports activities with those from the Curcubeul center, the Pedagogical High School, the Integra Association, through the football tournament, through mini-events, to which adults up to 60 are also added years, participants in these events. Adults and young people especially participated in Thursday's group runs, reached the number 237 and the impact made on the number of kilometers collected by runners in March-July adds up to a number of over 1600 km in completed laps; impact made among the beginners in running who increased from 1 km to 5.5 km for the entire tour throughout the events achieving a continuity and a formed discipline, a healthy habit being always encouraged and trained by volunteers;
regional impact: in Timisoara through the support given to the organization of the project's partner event - Timotion, which gathered 1,622 runners in total, with donations collected for social causes from the Banate community of over 380,000 RON, fundraising also promoted by our volunteers
at least 10 companies involved annually in supporting sports activities - 11 companies involved as sponsors and promoters as well as those who supported us through promotion services
national impact - through the greening event that gathered 68 volunteers in Codru Moma, greening combined with sport, and impact at the level of the community there, tourists as well as at the level of participants - the volunteers who did a different kind of sport and the satisfaction of contribute to the SDG, to have a clean nature and to reduce pollution in recreation areas; as well as the football tournament, with teams from different cities of the country;
dissemination of project results in at least 20 EU countries - in the 2nd year we had 10 - Romania and the 9 countries of foreign volunteers or native countries of national volunteers - Spain, Italy, Turkey, North Macedonia, Algeria, Jordan, France, Hungary , Pakistan, and with those from year 1 are added: Germany, Austria, Canary Islands, Portugal, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Liechtenstein, Belgium, Poland, Bulgaria, Greece, Sweden, Denmark, Cyprus, Finland, i.e. year 2 adding another 16 countries, being a total of 21 EU countries, objective already exceeded by more than 100% before the completion of pa

The activities A1-A25 proposed within the partnership were carried out within the first year of the project and at another level within the second year of the project because these were activities assigned to different types of departments within the framework of large events.
The volunteers were involved depending on the internship, event, preferences or learning needs in A1-A25 through the 52 events of various sizes to which they contributed directly and the 2 to which they provided support:
A1-Promotion at the local level - through physical information, presentations of the benefits of sport, of mini-events, of volunteering to over 1500 people;
A2-Promotion at the national level - events described in the impact section;
A3–International promotion - through social media;
A4–Photo-Video - through the football tournament and through all the events realized as well as through the live broadcasts;
A5-Online promotion - the volunteers used a promotion strategy replacing the physical one during the restrictions, with social networks, they managed groups, facebook pages, instagram accounts to increase the number of informed people;
A6–Design - training volunteers on software, guidance and creation of materials, posters, flyers, etc.
A7–Sports art - through artistic photos and videos, design;
A8–Management of human resources - reduced activity due to restrictions, a few volunteers involved in events and online contact with the 300 local volunteers of the project;
A9 – Partnerships - 25 from cautasport.ro, and those with schools, associations, structures, press;
A10-Sponsorships - 11 sponsorships in money, products and services for the implementation of internships and events, most of them at the football tournament being a target group of over 700 people;
A11-Training with the public - promoted, managed the group runs on Thursday - 21 and the other mini-events - 30;
A12–Logistics - constant during the mini-events;
A13-Sports routes - route marking, finding routes for mini-events;
A14–Secretariat - registration, instruction and arrival at the start, participant lists;
A15–Interventions;
A16–Sport practice - 2-3 hours of weekly training with instructors, a minimum of 5 hours/week. of different sports, indoor-outdoor besides running;
A17–Online sports platform - updates to the database - sports, partnerships, forms, translations, information on the website at all the different stages of the fluctuations of the restrictions caused by the pandemic;
A18-Greening - 2 greening events, trail cleaning mini-events;
A19-Premiere, certification - of the 1129 participations in all events - diplomas, medals, etc.;
A20 - Communication with the public - achieved by putting information, communicated;
A21 - Timing - manual made by volunteers, checking results for prizes;
A22-Entrepreneurship circle - actions of the volunteers separated from their development plan p.p. or from the needs of the community;
A23-Language and culture circle - intercultural events, foreign language workshops;
A24-Mentoring circle - mentoring activity - personal support, integration and the Youthpass learning process;
A25-Management of collaborators - management of suppliers, orders necessary for mini-events.
